Feather River College requires all students and staff to have a 停车 pass if 停车 on campus. All visitors will need to obtain a Visitor 停车 Pass from our Print Center (room 326) near the 业务 Office in upper campus. Please see below for specific details and permit costs.
停车 passes for students are $20 a semester and can be purchased in the 招生 & 记录 office in upper campus.
停车 passes for full-time staff and faculty members are $40 annually and can be purchased in the 业务 Office in upper campus at the start of every fall semester. Accepted forms of payment are cash, check, or payroll deduction.
停车 passes for part-time staff, temporary positions, and associate faculty members are $10 per semester and can be purchased in the 业务 Office in upper campus. Accepted forms of payment are cash or check only.
游客 to campus can obtain a 停车 permit by visiting the Print Center (room 326) in the 业务 Services building in upper campus. Simply let whoever is working there know that you need a visitor's permit and they will get you all taken care of.
Directions to Feather River College
Feather River College is located in the town of Quincy, the county seat of Plumas County. Quincy lies approximately 70 miles Northwest of Reno, NV and Lake Tahoe, and about 70 miles East of Chico and Oroville.
- From Central California: Take State Route 70 North from Oroville to Quincy.
- From Reno: Take Interstate 395 North to the turn-off for State Route 70 at Hallelujah Junction.
- From the Tahoe area: Take State Route 89 North from I-80, to Route 70, and then turn West.
Drive times vary to Quincy depending on weather conditions. On a clear day it takes about 1.5 hours from Reno, 1 hour from Oroville/Chico and 2.5 hours from Sacramento.
It may be useful to call Caltrans at 1-800-427-7623 before undertaking winter or other extended travel.
Once on the campus, proceed up the hill past the main 停车 lot, past the Science Building (#10), past the Library (#8) and just past the Cafeteria (#7) to the visitor 停车 area in front of the 书店 (#5.)
